Hearts of Hope Network

Loving Hands provided financial support to Hearts of Hope, a charity born out of personal tragedy. In 1984, Tony Stickels was diagnosed with leukemia at just 18 years old. Despite exhaustive treatments, including experimental procedures, Tony tragically passed away in 1985. Devastated by their loss, Tony's family, particularly his mother Mary, and brothers Ted and Chad, sought to honor his memory by founding Hearts of Hope. They understood the desperation and hopelessness experienced by families battling severe illness or tragedy, and wanted to offer support and hope to others facing similar challenges. Through financial contributions, Loving Hands helps Hearts of Hope fulfill its mission of providing comfort, assistance, and hope to those in need, demonstrating that even in the darkest times, there are caring individuals willing to make a difference.
